WOOOHOOOO!!!!!!

Charry got home from work last night and checked the mail. She then called me at work and read the letter.

I'm guessing I provided them with enough evidence this time. Below is what we sent this time.

Lease agreement from our apartment where we resided together since 1 and 1/2 months prior to marriage.
Letters from 2 friends who have known us since before our wedding.
Tax transcripts from 2008, 2009, and 2010 (originally we could not have included 2010 but since the RFE was after the new year and we had filed our taxes...)
A copy of the first page of our bank statement from Sept 2008 - Dec 2008, Mar 2009 - May 2009, and Mar 2010 - Apr 2011. The missing months I could not locate and the bank wanted to charge $5 per page to have all the missing months printed. They wouldn't let me just get page 1 They did however inform me that due to the Patriot Act, which was the reason we could not add her until Sept 2010, you can not remove someone from a bank account unless you provide proof of death. So the fact that we had the same account for 3 years with our names on it, even with gaps, should have been fine. And I could probably have gotten away with only sending Sept 2010 and Apr 2011 and been fine.
Insurance provider statements from various months over the years.
Doctors bills mailed to the apartment/house.
Explanation of Benefits document about some x-rays taken.
Comcast bills in both our names over the various months.

Hey friends i have received my new green card yesterday., and on my case status they also said they sent me the approval letter on tuesday which i haven't received yet but it's all good. I am happy. God is good. Can somebody please update that. Thanks. And God Bless those still waiting.
