Waiting... No RFE. No interview request. Not even a touch. I can do a service request at 6 months. Being in this limbo is really uncomfortable. I am trying not to let it get to me. I have to assume there is something wrong.

I am in the same situation TigerTeddyBear. I don't know what's going on. i am starting to get worried. On the 22nd of this month i will hit my 6 months. Hopefully i will get something by then. If not, i guess i will have to call customer service. But i did an inquirie , then the vermont service center sent me an email on march 31 saying that my case was under initial review that i should hear something within 60 days of that email. So let's just be patient. God will do.

Hey didiladi9, how did you do an inquiry? Not that a response that says we'll get back to you in 60 days is very helpful at all. I'm with you guys, no touches, nothing, and I'm trying not to stress about it, but I find myself checking my status way too often. If I don't get anything, I guess all I can do is wait until the 19th and call customer service.

Very annoying to see December filers being approved in recent days when they haven't finished November. Happy for them, but what's up with that?

Visabird, we're all in the same boat. I don't think anyone can tell you when. I'd say any day now. A lot of people get approved soon after replying to an rfe. Good luck!

I just called their 1800 number (customer service) talk to a representative,explained my situation and she did the inquiry and the next day i received an email telling me that i should receive something from them within 60 days of the mail. At this point patience is key.Even though its really hard. i find myself checking status way too often to. Yeah wait until the 19th and if you haven't received anything by then just call customer service. Hope we all get approved really really soon coz this is a stressful situation.

Same here jb_vj. No touches. No status updates. No rfe. No interview request. It seems like it would be mandatory to update online status IF there was any change. I am starting to have serious concerns. The thing is, I have not had a single issue with USCIS until now. K-1, no issues. AOS, approved without interview. I readily admit that my ROC paperwork was not perfect. I have seen similar cases approved without interview. I understand all IOs are different. I have also seen 2 month approvals from CSC. This sucks.

Right, that is what I have heard also...It can take "upto" a year, and that is why they give you a 1 year extension when you file. But for all our sake, let's hope that's not the case :)

I just got off the phone with an IO from USCIS. He was able to confirm that I have not been sent an RFE or an interview request. He told me that VSC was working on cases up to Nov.15th. This struck me as odd, but hey... at least nothing was lost in the mail. Back to DEFCON 3...
