Adding my returned RFE date...I sent them over 200 pages of documents! Like others, I had to wait for some stuff in the mail. They got it on 3-28, so hopefully it wont be too long until I get picked up again.

Surprise in the mail, I received approval letter (date of decision 04/04/2011) and green card together today. :dance:

I have a question on the new green card, Category IR6, why it is different from the old green card (CR6)? What it stands for?

Hey there - We got an RFE asking for more documentary evidence of our "shared life."

We had sent a few bank statements and only one joint tax return - they wanted more.

We had also sent two affidavits, but no documentary evidence to back them up. So now we're sending them a deluge of emails between us and the people who wrote the affidavits, as well as photos of all of us together, documents from trips we've taken with those people, and so forth.

We've gotten two additional affidavits and are sending a lot of random "look at how we're a real couple" evidence. Emails and reservations for things and the like.

Any suggestions from anyone else?

Congrats!! We got our approval letter yesterday (got email on Monday) but no card. I was kind of hoping it would go into the mail before the shutdown, but it doesn't look like that will happen.
