I-751 November 2010 Filers

Well, it took us a while to get all of our additional proof together after we received an RFE on 03/05. We had to call some places and wait for some stuff to be sent in the mail. But we finally mailed out a big pile of paperwork last Saturday 04/02. I just checked the USPS website and it says it was delivered and signed for today. Hopefully it won't take them too long to review our additional evidence.

How did you send your RFE evidence - regular mail, priority, or express? I am not sure if priority or express mail works for RFE replies.

Did you send the evidence in envelope sent by them or did you just put it in your envelope?

I sent my application on 11/6/2010 and recieved my NOA1 on 11/15/2010, had my bimetrics taken on 1/25/2011. My application was approved on 3/30/2011 and I recieved my green card on 4/2/2011 and my approval letter on 4/4/2011.

We sent it USPS priority mail. Since we sent a big pile of paperwork, the tiny return envelope was way too small :blink: . We used a USPS envelope, but made sure we copied the address exactly as it was on the return envelope.

We're late to the party here on VJ - glad to see so many people have gotten approved already! We're Vermont filers and it was all perking along (theoretically) until we got an RFE on Monday. Been scrambling since then to gather additional evidence and hopefully sending it out in the next few days. It seems like it's unnecessarily hard to prove legitimacy of the relationship if you don't own assets.

Poor grad student + working in entry-level job + living in ridiculously expensive city = no savings, no insurance, no car, certainly no house, and definitely no kids.

We've gotten a letter from our vet saying we're good parents to our dogs, though. Hopefully they at least have a sense of humor when reading our file. *sigh*

Is 12/25 original bio date and is 12/10 early bio date? If so, you put in reverse?
