I will be filing in November too. I have my C-Section scheduled on November 6th , but once I feel OK, I will file too. I have almost all the documents ready. :)

Hello november filers, i'm belong here...i'm starting to fixed my documents this week and plan to mail them next week. Can i include also the change address form with those documents or need to mail separately. How much the costof filling I-751. Thank you guys and good luck to all november filers.

we'll also be November filers :) my conditional GC will expire on 2/17/11 and so we are planning on sending our ROC packet on 11/20.

07/16/08 - filed AOS application

07/18/08 - received by USCIS

07/22/08 - USCIS mailed our NOA

07/24/08 - touched

07/25/08 - received NOA (AOS, EAD, AP)

07/29/08 - received ASC Appointment Notice (Biometrics)

08/09/08 - biometrics appointment

08/11/08 - I485 and I765 touched

09/17/08 - AP approved

09/19/08 - EAD approved, card already in production

09/24/08 - EAD card received

09/25/08 - SSN application

10/01/08 - received letter re: SSN card delivery in 2 weeks

02/17/09 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

Hi everyone we are going to be November fillers as well! :thumbs: I just have a question though if anyone here knows, its just not very clear to me when can we apply for the citizenship if its going to be 3 years (may 2011) since we've been married. Do we have to wait for the I-751 form to be approved and wait another 3 years or how does it really work?? So confusing. :help:

September 18,2007 ---> Sent I-129F to California Service Center

September 20 ---> USCIS sent out a recepit(NOA1)

I never received the envelop with NOA1..( I think it got lost)

September 24 ---> Check Cashed

September 25 ---> TOUCHED

December 4 ---> I called USCIS and they gave me the receipt number...

FEBRUARY 7, 2008 WE WERE APPROVED!!!!! 142 days from filling date.

February 22, 2008 NVC RECEIVED OUR PETITION. YEY

February 26, 2008 Was sent out to the embassy. OMG!!!

February 28,2008 PETITION DELIVERED IN BUCHAREST AT THE EMBASSY.

February 29,2008 Police Certificate

March 6 Received packet 3

March 20 Interview

MARCH 20 VISA IN HAND

April 5,2008 US ENTRY

April 21,2008 Applied for SSN

April 29,2008 SSN CARD RECEIVED IN THE MAIL

MAY 24 2008 WEDDING DAY !!!!!

June 11,2008 SENT THE PAPERS FOR AOS!

June 17 2008 NOA 1

July 10 2008 BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT

September 17 AOS Papers transferred to CALIFORNIA.

October 13 EAD APROVAL.

October 20 2008 Received EAD CARD in Mail. YEY

JANUARY 15, 2009 AOS APPROVAL!

NOVEMBER 2010 REMOVING CONDITIONS.

11/08/2010 sent packet to California

11/20/2010 NOA1

01/31/2011 Biometric Appointment

03/11/2011 RFE

05/11/2011 APPROVED.

05/16/2011 RECEIVED GREEN CARD IN THE MAIL. :)

We sent our package yesterday by express mail and they received it today.

So the waiting starts again...

11/04/10 I-751 submitted to VSC by express mail.

11/05/10 VSC received the package.

11/08/10 NOA1 date

11/12/10 Check cashed, NOA1 hardcopy received.

12/31/10 Bio letter received. Finally!! Sechduled for 1/25/11.

01/12/11 Early Bio

03/29/11 ROC approved.
