Went to my congressmans office today, and they are doing a congrssional inquiry. Hope this will get positve results on our delay.USCIS is required to respond to this kind if inquiry within 10 days verses 30 days with a service request that I also have put in myself.

Do not worry, your NOA2 will come soon. With USCIS and the whole Visa Process there is no such thing as

"Normal". It is dishearting when you see others receive their NOA2 in a very short time. The USCIS does not process in any type of order. Hang in there, and good luck...........

I just checked and my petition was touched, finally for the first time since 5/11/10. I requested a congressional inquiry yesterday since we have not received our NOA2 yet, and its at the 6 month mark. I guess going to your congressman really does get the ball rolling. Now lets pray we get the approval.
