I believe that you will need 2 photos for each the I-485 and I-765 for a total of 4 photos. Although you send the forms to the same place, they will be processed at different locations (I-485 at local office and I-765 at National Benefits Center).

Ya I read it the same way and decided to send 4 photos ...

When I went to Sears to get the passport style photo taken the lady told me that the package includes 4 photos anyways so there wasn't anymore charge ... It only cost me like $15.96 or something like that ...

AOS / EAD
08-24-06 - AOS/EAD mail to Chicago (Day 1)
11-06-06 - GC & Welcome Letter arrive in Mail (Day 75)

I-751
09-23-08 - Sent Package via USPS (Day 1)
01-02-09 - Received GC in mail (with wrong Resident Since date) (Day 101)

i don't see where a photo is needed by a USC ???????

As far as I know the US Citizen doesn't need a photo in this package ...

I am sorry I stand corrected :blush:

I meant form I-130 which doesn't apply in your case if your only filing 485/765

USC does NOT need to submit photo only in the case that USC is submitting I-130

Read I-130 section 7 line 3 of instructions

If you are filing for Husband or Wife

you must submit passport style photos of your self and 1 of your spouse
