Finally!! After contacting my Congressman and 2 Senators I received my NOA2 approval today!! I am so happy...Now I need to figure out whats next!!! :dance:

11/17/10-Mailed I-129F via FedEx!!!

11/18/10-Received this morning and signed! (on our way)

11/25/10-Received Email this morning that they have received Application and sent to VSC!

11/26/10-"Touched"

11/28/10-"Touched"

11/29/10-"Touched"

12/01/10-"Touched"

12/01/10-Received NOA1 Hardcopy

12/02/10-"Touched"

04/19/11-NOA2 APPROVED

04/25/11-NVC Received

04/28/09-Left NVC

05/01/11-Consulate Received

08/15/11-Interview!!

Interview Result- AP :o(

10/10/2011-AP FINISHED..Visa READY Thank you Jesus!!

10/24/11-Visa in HAND!!!

It was pretty interesting. I do not check CIS (Vermont)for updates very often, perhaps once or twice a month at most. I found it way too frustrating to never see any changes. One touch a few weeks after delivery and that was it. So I was totally surprised after checking on the 18th and seeing NO update, to then wake on the 19th and see an email with our approval. Just under the 5 month threshold. Hopefully they are pushing to meet commitment times for everyone out there; my hopes are with you all. I know this waiting really SUC@S.

I'm not sure if this is what helped me, but start contacting Congressman/woman and your Senators. They will place inquiries on your case. I did that the week before my 5 month mark and was approved this past Tuesday.....Again, not sure if that is what helped or just prayer!! :blush:

Aww you guys waiting, might have seen my other post, I just got my NOA2..it felt like it would never come, but it will soon, hang in there!! I had put in a service request, dunno if that had anything to do with it.I know how frustrating it is and annoying to see all the approvals when you are so close! Just remember your fiance is worth the wait! (L)

I just got mine today so the list is getting shorter.
