AOS

08-30-2011 - AOS/EAD packet sent

09-12-2011 - NOA1 for AOS/EAD with 09-08 notice date

10-11-2011 - Biometrics appointment (appointment letter received on 09/19)

11-03-2011 - EAD card production request

11-14-2011 - EAD in the mail

12-08-2011 - Interview date (e-mail notification date 11/08) APPROVED!

12-13-2011 - Card production ordered

12-14-2011 - Card mailed to our address

12-17-2011 - Got gc in the mailbox! Valid until 12/13/2013 <wonderful christmas gift>

**No more USCIS for two years**

Congratulations people! A lot have been approved today I am SO happy for all of you! :) I suppose this is the tsunami huh? Yay! Saw the names early this morning (Manila time) and I wanted to congratulate all of you but I was rushing for work!!!!! :)

Hope the rest of the people on Igor's list get approved soon too. It WILL happen!

Im also saying a prayer for the VSC filers -- Im at least grateful that there's a fairly good amount of action going on in there, they're still just very backlogged. Hang tight!!

From my end, my case isn't at the NVC still. It's been almost a week. :( I got my NOA hardcopy pretty fast though (just 2 days after my email approval!) :)

Let's still keep in touch you guys! We still have to prepare for our interviews! :)

so does this mean Nov 17, 2010 filers like me are about to get our NOA2 soon? OH PLEASE!

Certainly some pretty big waves lapping on the West Coast these past three days B-)

Let's hope the East Coast (Vermont) gets some of that shore action too. Tough to imagine waiting 6+ months.

How can I get my petition moved from VSC to CSC? I do not believe VSC is doing ANYTHING!

06/20/2002 - Introduced through her Aunt
07/05/2002 - Correspondence begins and continues for years; friendship and feelings slowly but surely grow stronger.
05/12/2009 - Met in Philippines! Stayed for two weeks and had a great time. Can't wait to go back!
10/11/2009 - She said YES! (became engaged)

10/29/2010 - Mailed I-129F
11/08/2010 - Check cashed
11/11/2010 - Received NOA1 dated 11/05/2010 (My case landed in Vermont - #######!)
