2010-11-02: NOA1

2011-03-24: NOA2!!! :)

2011-04-08: Case arrived at Embassy ( tracked through DHL)

2011-04-11/12: Medical at St Lukes

2011-04-25: INTERVIEW :) Earliest slot available online is May 6, called to see if there is an earlier date. Got Apr 25 :)

2011-05-11: POE at LAX Airport

2011-06-25: We got married!

2011-08-02: AOS/ AP/ EAD filed

2011-08-09: AOS NOA1

2011-09-06: Biometrics Appointment

2011-10-20: AOS Interview @ Detroit USCIS

Seems that VSC is working backwards and now we might have a government shutdown!!!! God give me strength!!!!!

April, 2009 - second trip here

July, 2009 - my second trip to England

October 30, 2010 - USCIS paperwork filed

November 12, 2010 - NOA1 received (dated 11/8/10)

No email or anything yet but I don't even care, I'm so psyched! :D

I woke up an hour early to check if there's any update from USCIS (which has been my routine everyday). I was expecting too much to get approved on April 6th.. laughing.gif for some reasons..

I felt frustrated cuz there's no update yet..

I logged out and did some chores cuz I was really sad! laughing.gif

I checked USCIS and VJ again, and I found out WE ARE APPROVED TODAY!! and it says the approval of our petition is April 6! Yahooooooooooo I'm really SOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY!

08-30-2011 - AOS/EAD packet sent

09-12-2011 - NOA1 for AOS/EAD with 09-08 notice date

10-11-2011 - Biometrics appointment (appointment letter received on 09/19)

11-03-2011 - EAD card production request

11-14-2011 - EAD in the mail

12-08-2011 - Interview date (e-mail notification date 11/08) APPROVED!

12-13-2011 - Card production ordered

12-14-2011 - Card mailed to our address

12-17-2011 - Got gc in the mailbox! Valid until 12/13/2013 <wonderful christmas gift>
