Hello all,

I was looking for some information regarding the interview that I will have to go through with my wife, because her conditional green card will expire in 2010.

She came here on CR-1 visa and she had her interview back in Poland. As far as I know, we will have to through this again but this time together.

I am collecting all the evidence for the immigration officer but I'm little bit stressed about this whole situation now. Are we going to have the same interview like people who got married here in the US ? I read about the evidence, but I'm thinking that maybe they will ask weird questions and I wont be able to answer the same way as she will. This process is very long and stressful.

please help !

No shyte, welcome aboard!

About an interview, basic things like phone numbers, birthdays are musts. but to say "I don't know" is better than lying or trying to make something up. You simply can't know everything. Maybe talking to an immigration attorney would help you.
