ok i think i am panicking and over thinking but....Did we not fill these forms out on line....do i need to fill them out again and bring them?? HELP! THANKS TEAM

We filled them out (156 online, 156K on paper) and mailed them in as part of Packet 3, but were also asked for them at the interview. Do you have copies?

BUT, the man at the window gave us back what seemed like everything we mailed in with P3. So, who knows, maybe if we'd forgotten them he would've just kept the ones he had.

i printed out the forms lat night and i filled them out again to bring just in case they ask...guess thats all i can do...!

They seem to ask different things of different people
