Q1. Does unemployment income count as current annual income?

Q2. Does an early IRA 401K disbursement count as current annual income?

Q3. Does the first time home buyer tax credit and/or income tax refund issued this year count as current annual income?

Q4. Does money given monthly from a family member to help pay the bills count as current annual income?

Q5. Does future projected work that will be paid on a W2 (hourly wage) count as current annual income?

Q5a. If so, how much wiggle room is there? For example, someone offers a job that pays $30 an hour, but at the last minute it doesn't work out. But before it doesn't work out the I-864 is completed and signed. Can it still be claimed based solely on that belief at the time the I-864 was signed?

Q6. If a person is unemployed (0$ annual income), can 3x the poverty guideline in assets (for a spouse) be used instead?

Q6a. If so, can the money show up at a later time (after I-864 was signed, dated and filed) because it was given to the sponsor by a relative? Can this money be claimed on the I-864 before it is given to the sponsor?
