The senate has its ways of bypassing the house on budget items. All they have to do is bastardize a different bill. It's not hard and as I said, they've done it recently.

Except that the Senate needs 60 votes to do so and they will not have it.

Lest anyone forget also, that more than 500 Republican seats will be added to state Legislatures who will re-district the country next year. Texas, a solidly RED state will gain 4 seats in the house from BLUE states. Further dooming the Dems for the next couple of decades.

I am not saying that Global Warming Junk science will get NO money, they will get a trickle. The thing is that these guys will have to seek new things to "study", new criseses on the horizon to fund. Gloabal warming wil lose favor (follow the money) and lose "ink". In the meantime nothing will happen we can do anything about and by the time Americans have a nother case of amnesia and forget why we don't vote for Democrats it will be abundantly obvious that the crises never was a crises.
