NOA1 is the acceptance of petetion. It will still be reviewed and RFE's are still possible. You wouldn't find out for a while. Now you will go through the hardest part of the entire process... Waiting to find out. Good luck!

Now you wait. The wait, which we are still doing since our NOA1, is very frustrating. If they need anything more from you then you will get an RFE, when they get around to looking at your petition.

Unless USCIS do a sudden surge of work to clear the current backlog, you are looking at a 4 month wait for NOA2. It could come sooner or it could go right up to the 5 month mark.

Good luck on your journey

Now all you need is a deck of cards to pass the time!

Every day I check the status on the USCIS website..... last touch was the day it arrived at CSC

on the USCIS website, you can sign with an account, that way you can also check the status, set up email phone notification when they move to Initial Review to their decision. As the majority will say, the hardest part is this waiting period! I wish you all the best and hope all goes well in the end.
