Its a highly sophisticated trending filter that detects plagerism and copied material and prevents anyone from giving "advice" using cut and pasted material. Steven makes the thing go bat-sh*t crazy. Also for certain people, obviously Steven, it takes reasonable posts advancing independent thinking and personal responsibility and turns them into left wing, socialist rants making no sense at all.

Kind of the same way that mishandling of blood samples by the LAPD turned SOMEONE ELSE's blood into OJ Simpson's blood in the laboratory!
