hi,we haven't received any schedules yet, but since i am afraid of having all the vaccinations taken once at a time, i'd rather do it beforehand in preparing for medical exams, i just want to ask if it's ok to take it from other hospitals before the scheduled date? thanks!

if you take them to avoid paying the required medical fees it will not be honored.. if you dont have it during the process then you just got to wait and take them at the assigned place. It will not be honored.. DOnt be discouraged... you can go about and take it.. if it's NOT tool close then you may get away with it.

when you were a child, did you have vaccinations received at other hospitals? and as long as you have the records they will be recorded. Why should anything be different now....

YMMV

I emailed St. Lukes Extension Clinic (the medical facility which will handle the medical exam for visa applicants here in the Philippines) last June to inquire and this is the response:

--------------------------------

Dear Ms. ____,

1. The fee for adult is $213.35. What are the tests covered by this fee?

>>> Physical Examination; Immunization; Chest x-ray and Laboratory (Blood &

Urine Test)

2. Is immunization fee included in the above fee? If not, will the

SLMC Extension Clinic accept Tricare Health Insurance?

>>> YES, immunization is included in the medical exam fee.

Sorry ma'am, we do not accept Any Healthcard/Credit card for the

payment. Cash only and in Peso currency.

3. I don't have any record of my immunization when I was an infant

because my mom lost my baby book and the hospital didn't keep a

record of it because they said it's more than twenty years ago and

they discarded it, what am i supposed to do?

>>> We give the Age-required Vaccines.

If you have other concerns, please contact us at 524-6083 / 523-8248

Thank you.

SLEC

---------------------------------

I hope that helped you. :)
