Hello,

I'm hoping one of you can help me with some slightly silly questions.

My 90 window for removing conditions begins in Dec. but I'm trying to get a jump start on collecting and filling out the paper work now. However, I'm not sure where to send it all into when I'm done. We used a lawyer for the original process, so I've never had to figure out which office to mail things into before. We live in Denver CO.

Also is the I-751 form the only form we need to fill out or is there more? I know we also need evidence (which I've been collecting) I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything else.

Thanks

For ROC, you must send in the paperwork within the 90 days, and not a day early. The application will be rejected and returned to you.

You do not need a lawyer in this step and you can read the instructions for I-751 on USCIS's website to get an idea what to include in the package.

I guess I wasn't clear enough in my first post. I know I can't send my stuff in until 90 days before. I am just trying to have everything ready to go before that because Dec. tends to be a crazy busy month. I also know I don't need a lawyer for this part of the process. However, because we used one for getting my 2 year greencard I don't know where to mail my package when its complete.

I also have a pretty good idea of what supporting documentation is needed and just wanted to make sure in terms of government forms the only form I need to send is the I-751.

My main question is for someone living in Denver CO which office do I send the package to?

All you need to include besides the form is the check, a copy of both the front and back of your permanent resident card, and evidence of your relationship.

On page 3 of the instructions, it says that if you're located in Colorado, then mail it to:

USCIS California Service Center

P.O. Box 10751

Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1075
