I am sorry to be asking yet another question but, I am confused about question 25. We are petitioning for my in-laws. Wefiled married filing jointly. Where it says "My total income (adjusted gross income on IRS Form 1040EZ) as reported on my

Federal tax returns for the most recent three years was:" DOes this include our income together considering that is the only number that you see on the transcripts? Do we do the same where it asks this question in the I-864A?

Individual income is used on the I-864 and I-864A. Supported by the individual's W2's/1099's.

WHile researching the forum today trying to find answers it said that when filing taxes married filing jointly that you used individual incomes on 23 and 24 and used joint incomes on 25. But i am not so sure.
