What is Premium Processing?

Hello vj, I just came across the term "Premium Processing" and seen a cost of $1,000.00 for this 7 to 14 day service through USCIS. I had seen this through prior posts that I had googled on other sites and it may not pertain to I-129f petitions. We have our NOA1 date of July 26, 2006 and have been content to wait this out and both of us check our progress daily at USCIS and read forums daily. My Loves in Russia, I am in the US.

My question, is this still a service for I-129f petitioners? Where was the information or "is" the information on this service? If it is for real, can I still pay the fee and get this service?

I have went back to USCIS.GOV and searched the site but never found specifics especialy pertaining to I-129f.

We almost have a month under are belt but with CSC unpredictable time frame, I would like to weigh the options of paying for this if it is available.

Thanks for any info on this subject rather if it's a myth??? I don't know ;)

Unfortunately, premium processing is only available for employment based applications and not for family or fiancee applications. Many of us wish it were otherwise because, like you, we would certainly have taken advantage of any opportunity to be with our loved ones faster. Good luck on your visa journey.
