Request for Evidence please help

hi vj the uscis sent email to my wife and they said that they sent Request for Evidence for i-129f by mail.we are still waiting for the mail now.i dont know please help.... why they ask Request for Evidence for i-129f why not i-130 what does it mean still focus in my mind...i sent i-129f after 2 monts that i sent i-130....why they need Request for Evidence for i-129f and why not i-130 please help i scare that what happenet to samonline i feel sorry for him that realy sad and scary

The answer will be in the letter she receives. A wild guess won't help you.

You obviously didn't include something that they want from you. When you get the mail, you'll know. Stop worrying now because it's not doing you any good and won't do you any good.

don't panic you can sort it out! they just need some more information from you, thats all. it doesn't mean you won't get your visa. just wait for the letter and don't stress.

The RFE is for the I-129F which would never have resulted in a visa anyway. Had it not been filed as many here have advised for many months, then it would be an I-130 approval notice in the mail instead of an RFE for a useless petition.

I got RFE as well.You dont have to worry about it.When your wife got the letters of avadif of evidence you will know what to send then just send what they really request from you.

I got my approve two days ago so just be patient and finally you will see everything will be allright

You don't need to worry right now till you get the paperwork.

Request for evidence is always dreadful news but you know in some cases it is very minimum, we had a request for evidence for the I-129f and they asked us to submit a translation of our marriage certificate even thou my wife had sent it before, moreover i think for the I-129f they don't request big evidence anyway, they do with the I-130.
