Congrats on your # ! From here on thing move along fast :)

Now that you have your number call the NVC, talk to a person and give them your e-mails. You can send an e-mail with the DS-3032 form info. I did that and it got accepted after maybe 10 days. You can use the DS-3032 e-mail format provided from Loto's EzGuide... it's very comprehensive and it helped me and my husband a lot. Good luck!

Thank you

So after i provided our emails to NVC i can downloand the ds-3032 and fill it up then scan it to send to the NVC?

or you mean i have to write all things as showing below and to send it the same way ?

I meant that you can send the e-mail form you quoted right away. Once I found out our NVC case number I sent and e-mail just with that text, no scanned DS3032. Maybe 10 days after I sent that e-mail I received a reply from the NVC saying that they have accepted my choise of agent (my understanding is that the NVC does not always sends e-mails for that). Of course, you can send the scanned DS-3032, it won't hurt, you can also snail mail it. But if you do have your DS-3032 with the bar-code you might as well sign it and scan it.

In my case I wanted to send the e-mail (without a scanned DS-3032) because I wanted to save time with the NVC. I sent my e-mail on the 22th and the NVC sent me the DS-3032 itself on the 1st....so that tip with the e-mail saved me over a week.

Im not giving to NVC my email yet. You saw my timeline my case go to NVC before it got approved at USCIS. I dont even know I got my HCM********, I just try taking a luck to call to NVC after I got letter of DS3032, Fee AOS, and a letter told me that I130, my husband address is wrong they cant contact, I have to respons quickly after I get this letter.

In i130 I translated my husband addressed to English. I have to write the address in VIetnam before I pay Fee Online and send DS3032

Im trying write them a EMAIL to correct my husband Address. Is that ok?

Anybody got this problem before. Help me how to send email to correct address.

Thanks all.

You can call NVC and give them both of your email addresses. Also you need to ask them for your invoice identification number

K- You have 1 year in NVC. So no need to worry yet. I agree with Atencio, call the NVC and give them your e-mail addresses. That way you can e-mail off your DS3032 and try to get the ball rolling. Regarding the DS230- You put married and in that blank you write 1 (for your current marriage).

Aileen- Did you get an answer to your question yet?
