-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

For my co-sponsor and I....it says to have 6 months worth of pay stubs....does it have to be 6 consecutive months? I have pay stubs, but am missing a few here and there....and just wondering if people really send in the full 6 months of pay stubs, or a few stubs is ok....

My husband didn't include any paystubs. On the Affidavid of support doc it says that you MAY include the stubs but some people get paid via direct debit and in that case pay stubs are simply not available.

Hi everyone here

Thanks to all those who answered my questions Lotofpatience, Darnell, MrandMrD, solteq, mamamimi, angela, heathercita, and teya of course :)

In spite of all the sadness of losing my baby and my husband cannot come for our anniversary this sunday, yesterday I got a SIF :) so my case was forwarded to the embassy, now as it has been expedited, I must wait for an interview soon. hope so,

My case Approved at Uscis at Nov.4 but NVC received and processed on Nov.1.....?

I got DS3032 now.

I will fax to my husband, let him fill and sign. He will fax back and I will send to NVC by mail right?

Do I need filling thia form and send at once or only my husband form? Please thanks.

Hi everyone I was able to get our NVC case number last night. Grace emailed her DS-3032 choice of agent as it said how to type it in the guide. Does she still need to fill out the actual form and email that as a PDF to the NVC?

Aileen- You could do it that way or he could just e-mail the DS3032 from his account. That usually is quicker and works just fine. Some times it doesn't though (in which the DS3032 form is nice to have).

tim- You can have her e-mail the pdf if you wish or if the one she sent in doesn't get accepted. :thumbs: Only one is required but sometimes one works better than the other.

Those kind of forms as the ds-230 or ds 3032 should have filled up by hand write or we can fill it up with typing on the computer ?

Congrats on your # ! From here on thing move along fast :)

Now that you have your number call the NVC, talk to a person and give them your e-mails. You can send an e-mail with the DS-3032 form info. I did that and it got accepted after maybe 10 days. You can use the DS-3032 e-mail format provided from Loto's EzGuide... it's very comprehensive and it helped me and my husband a lot. Good luck!
