Why NVC say received my I864 Form on Dec.20.2010. They input everything.

Why they send me another email on Dec.21.2010 and they were asking for Affidavit of Support Form?

Is there mistake or somethin?

I called NVC and they also they received my Checklist Response on Dec.20 and they are under review now....?

Anybody suggestion?

Goddd! I want SIF and CC so bad right now. Why is it taking so long...

12/20/2012: USPS package mailed out

12/26/2012: NOA1

06/14/2013: RFE letter received

06/19/2013: RFE response mailed back out.

06/21/2013. Package Received.

Waiting once again.... What happens next?.?.?.?.?.?

-NOA 1 Receipt date: 3/1/10 (sent 2/18/10)

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-AOS RFE's received: 12/2/10

-Checked payment portal for fun (SIF!!!!): 12/3/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

Do you guys think I will get RFE if NVC already review my case now?

I send Ds230, and received on Dec.8.2010

I send I864, and received on Dec.20.2010

And I Called NVC, listen to AVR and they say something They received my checklist Response and under review or something right now?

So they input everything already and now Im clear right? No RFE...?

That AVR means they have everything,,,and everything is normal,,,but if you hear something like "AWAITING something from the,,etc" only then worry!!

I spoke with NVC 12/30, they explained that when they are closed for snow or what ever reason,,it does not move your interview date to later,,,,it just makes it closer to the case complete date..:thumbs:

Hello VJ. Has anyone had there "recieved checklist response" date on the AVR move two weeks later? For example for all of DEC the Avr said recieved RFE response on the 16th,,,,then I checked on the weekend it said recieved RFE on Dec 30th??? Does this mean they bumped me up two weeks?:blush:

But I jus called them an the operator told me the same thing that my packages were received on dec 8 as the same ol bla bla bla. What should Iexpect to happen next. Case Complete or can they still send me an rfe. Kinda excited but still so nervous.

Hope you have sif and sign in failed. But I thought that sign in failed looks the same like when you put the wrong case number??? Not what you said NO LONG ELGIBLE....Not sure.. It should be CASE COMPLETE since the only purpose of NVC is to collect DOCS and set interview date...

Congrats on SIF. SIF is usually an early indication that your case is at final review and will soon be scheduled for an interview date.

Thanks LadyDare. Can they send out an RFE or ask for anything else after SIF. I called as soon as I got the SIF and the operator told me the same thing they've been telling me for the past couple of weeks, that my packages are still under review. I still feel sick in the stomach because of that stupid operator :(

I don't think you can get an RFE at this point. The next step is CC then interview date. Relax and put your mind at ease.

well the good news is if your Time line is correct and you got a SIF on 1/3 then I would guess you are going to have a Case Complete by the end of the week. That means that you could be getting a Feb interview day. So hang in there.

- Interview Date 11/3/10 Wife didn't have NSO Marriage Certificate, No Approval OMG!!!

- NSO Certificate received by Embassy on 11/5/2010

- Informed by call center. Cost $18 Information received- we need to wait 6-8 weeks from Nov 5th FUBAR.

- VISA APPROVED 12/15/2010

- Wife arrived in US Feb 2, 2011... :)
