Case Complete!!!!

Just waiting on the interview appointment date. I was told again, that I will need to wait for the second week in January for the NVC to schedule the interview appointment date. Seems crazy that we have to wait 3 weeks for them to tell us that the interview will take place an additional 4 weeks after that.

Let's hope some Christmas magic happens and we all have good news!

i got a question before i am sending the papers to NVC do i have to translate the papers like police certificate or birth certificate from my language to english ?

Congratulations !!! The three weeks will go by fast....much better then waiting for NOA2, making a thread and asking what a "touch" is.. ahhh.. remember when we were all waiting for NOA's? hehe.. Our journey's are almost complete. ... hang in there..

I just checked my email and got one from the NVC that has a subject of "checklist cover letter". Says that their waiting for the IV package to be sent to them. Should I worry? Sent it in last week and tracking says that it was received already. Is it just delays in sending out emails you think?

NVC always delaying sending email out. To be sure just talk to operator & then ignore the email.

My hubby just called DOS, they told hime my interview date was scheduled at 25, Jan 2:30pm

So I think you can call them again, maybe we can interview on the same day.

Do you have DOS number? We have been waiting for get january or february, but NVC keep saying not untill second week of January.
