NVC Filers - For NOVEMBER

UPDATE ON CASE:

Today is sunday, I just received an email from NVC which is stated that I missed photographs of my wife & child. I am def sure this is false RFE. Because I already submitted those photos & NVC confirmed me on 12/10 that they have received my mail on 12/06 which was under review.

Is any one has similar experience.

When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this

letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar

code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the

address provided.

______PHOTOGRAPH:__________________________________________________

Please provide two identical front-view color photographs with a white background as required for each

visa applicant.

The photos must have the name of the person in the photo printed on the back, along with the case

number associated with the person's photo.

Agree, check around just to be sure but I, as well, used the 2 x 2 for all steps ( I-130, DS-230, medical and interview.)

Thank you Atnecio & OBX. I think that's what i will also do... When i will squeduel medical will ask & meanwhile asked Tabitha because her & her husband are already squedueled.

JUST SPOKE TO AN OPERATOR, STILL THEY ARE REVIEWING MY MAIL WHICH WAS RECEIVED ON 12/06.

Oh boy! I figured out that we had an RFD (request for documents) All this time the AVR still says "WE HAVE RECEIVED THE CHECKLIST LETTER" and No E-mail or Mail. I spoke to a live person, and I asked her eagerly "SO WHEN IS OUR INTERVIEW"? She replied and said we sent mail requesting Docs. She said they needed a copy of the Philippine Police Clearance. An hour later the wife scaned those Docs E-mail me,,and than in turn I e=mailed Nvs with the Subject Attention: DR.,,,,I wished I had called more often,,"LIKE EVERY DAY"..

It means your AOS/IV was entered into the system and once reviewed and all looks good you will be getting a SIF and CC soon.

I think they have scanned your AOS packet only, if you hear same message different date that means your IV packet scanned too.
