I have a question people please help.

I got a RFE for my AOS form for not filling out line 18 section 5 ( I still don't believe it). Any how I filled out a new form, and I printed the cover sheet, changed CMR to DR, and sent it last week. Well today finally I got the official email for RFE, in this email the cover sheet says to send it to ATTN CMR, (instead of DR as suggested by visa journey).

What should I do, should I send it in again with ATTN CMR ? or you think it will make it to the right department eventually.

Appointment letter was sent via email. For medical wife need appointment letter and four photographs, passport and copy. People say I could have submitted NOA-2 and paper with NVC number and I could have done physical. Your country though may have different requirements.

When you get the appointment letter it will tell you what you need to take to your appointment. It has codes for long list of documents explaining what they have and what you need to bring with you.

Email says it came from NVC

Hi all. Got SIF today and called NVC. AVR said they reviewed the case and some info is missing. They have sent instructions in mail. I thought SIF meant almost CC. Has anyone had the same experience; to get SIF and RFE? Please advise. Thank you.

I got a false response because they had not logged in the DS-230 yet. Don't panic. The AVR can be way behind what actually is happening. Just call and speak to an operator on Monday to find out what really is going on.

The Philippine people from what I can tell are using the same 2x2 pictures for everything.

I doubt if your country's would be different but I would check around and verify

 Agree, check around just to be sure but I, as well, used the 2 x 2 for all steps ( I-130, DS-230, medical and interview.)

Good luck!
