Congratz. Lets get that january interview now!

Thanks Java. I'm praying for it...by his grace I will get it.

Avrs says your documents were rcvd at the nvc on dec 8 2010. Does this mean they were entered into the system an how can i tell which ones or would it jus be both

Your AOS was just entered cos that was received first by NVC..tomorrow your IV package will be entered.

Ugh... our files still haven't been entered into the system yet. :(

Jus got iff the phone with them. Sayin two packages were receuved abd are under revuew. So im guessin both are in.

12/20/2012: USPS package mailed out

12/26/2012: NOA1

06/14/2013: RFE letter received

06/19/2013: RFE response mailed back out.

06/21/2013. Package Received.

Waiting once again.... What happens next?.?.?.?.?.?

Hey guys and gals... Haven't been here in a while. Patiently waiting for everything to be finished. Busiest time of the year for work is Nov and Dec for me. Congratulations to all that have recently got SIF's and to those still waiting, hang in there cause we'll all be reunited soon.

Our dates are very similar, I am waiting for a SIF also, They scanned my IV package on Dec 3rd, but still processing it. I am hoping to hear something by end of next week. Lets stay in touch - my file will get transferred to ISL too - hoping for a late Jan interview. Its cutting close though.

I know now exactly how to get the the AVR.. dial 603 334 0700 and hear if it talks about the Haiti issue or not.. if it does, press 2. If it does not, press 1-1-2 and the rest.. all I hear is.. you have entered.. beep.. you have entered.. beep.. NVC received.. blah blah.. please allow 6 weeks.. blah blah.. pretty sad.. i should find something better to do every day as a ritual..

I called to verify case closed and they told me interview was all ready scheduled. Took 3 days to get email

We are in the same boat..we got our case completed on the same day. I'm waiting for an interview date.

Hopefully you get a SIF today. Usually about a week after they put it into the system. You will prbly get a late jan interview for sure.
