The below is the email I received from NVC. The other emails I received have never stated before what I bolded. So this is what lead me to believe they have accepted the email, plus I was invoiced the IV Bill. So I think, unless I can find it in writing that I need otherwise, I will go with just the email acceptance and move on. Thank you everyone (Miami Boy, LadyDare, and Markieboy) for your responses and help.

Hi, guys, FYI-

My husband and I received a checklist from the NVC regarding the AOS package (RFE- 23-NOV).... boooooo They want his tax return from 2009 even though he submitted it when he first sent in the AOS package. Oh well..... it's a minor set-back, I hope.

Yesterday an operator told me that they still don't have my IV package entered into the system, which is crazy since I sent it almost 3 weeks ago!

Yeah, it's really irritating to wait especially knowing that these are the final steps. Whatcha' gonna do...?

Well, we received this replay from NVCElectronic today from my Wife's 11/9 OPTIN email to NVCElectronic. That makes it roughly 8 1/2 business days from the time she sent the email to the time we got a response from them. (leaving out the NOV 11 Holiday).

As an update my wife and I got our GZO number by my contacting an NVC operator the day before Thanks Giving. This is certainly Giving I can Enjoy

Anyways we finally got all the documentation in order and since I already sent the I-864 to NVCElectronic prior the getting the GZO they told me to just send the DS230 Package.

So have spending about a half a day on Friday 11/26 and communicating with my wife on one of the documents I was able to send out the DS230 PDF attachment and another Front Loaded PDF attachment to show the start and continued evolution of the marriage.

I will be grateful that all the documents sent are enough for NVC to review, enter, compete and send out to the Consulate.

Now we wait!

After the nvc receives the aos and IV packages. How long usually before case complete? And how long usually after that is the interview assigned?

Wow thanks in your reply,,(worried) Yeah I sent ds-230 two days after aos bill paid..So everythings OK great!!!

I guess it also means the ds-230 is stuck in the mail room or something.

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions before the instruction packet will be sent.

According to our records, your Affidavit of Support Processing Fee payment was made on-line through the Department of State's website: www.ImmigrantVisas.State.Gov, Fee Collection. You must now download and complete the appropriate Affidavit of Support form and submit it to the NVC in order to complete your immigrant visa processing.

Please visit the Department of State's website above to download a copy of the I-864, I-864EZ, I-864A, or I-864W and/or the instructions.

If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the NVC (by email, telephone or mail), all submitted fees and documents will expire. In that case, your fees will need to be repaid and documents will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

Please read this email below which i had received from NVC after I submitted hard copy of DS-3032.

Dear Sir/Madam:

You have been registered as agent for the immigrant visa petition of Principal Applicant Full Name. The

Immigrant Visa Processing Fee for each applicant indicated on the enclosed fee bill invoice(s) must be paid

before petition processing can continue. An invoice for each eligible applicant is enclosed.

Payment Instructions:

1. Do not send fee payments to the National Visa Center's Portsmouth, New Hampshire facility. This

will delay processing of the visa petition.

2. Go to www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov and follow the instructions displayed.

Important Notes:

1. If you did not receive a fee bill for any applicant who should be listed on this case, do not send a fee

payment for the applicant. Instead, contact the NVC.

2. If a period of one year passes without communication to the NVC, all documents and fees expire and

must be resubmitted to resume the immigration process.

3. If the applicant intends to adjust status with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS),

please contact the NVC before taking further action or making any payments.

4. Children who pass 21 years of age after the petition was originally approved by the USCIS become

ineligible to accompany or join the applicant(s) immigrating to the United States under the original

petition. In some situations, the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) may allow children to remain

eligible beyond 21 years of age. If you believe that the CSPA applies to this case, please send a

detailed explanation to the NVC. We will forward it to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate for a decision.
