If your IV BILL being invoiced, it means they have accepted your DS-3032. DO NOT FORGET send hard copy with benefeciary's original signature to the NVC physical address.

Is this just for your consultate or all of them? I did not send the hard copy just the email...I thought that would suffice as acceptance??

It is required for some countries to returned ds-3032 with benefeciary's original. It is also VJ's highly recommended to send hard copy for make your case solid and strong. I wouldn't take any risk to get RFE for stupid DS-3032 after submitting all the documents. I think you got my point.

Oh brother...this seems neverending . Anyway...I do have a signed blank copy of the DS-3032 that I had my hubby download and print, and he snail mailed it to me, but it doesn't have the barcode at the top (where it says to put the barcode). How should I put it on there? I do have the email from NVC WITH the barcode...can I cut (literally) and paste it onto the signed hard copy?

So the acceptance of the emailed DS-3032 using the template will suffice? As opposed to what Miami Boy is saying about possibly getting a RFE for them not receiving the signed hard copy?

I am not opposed it, All my concern is that if your country is required to send hard copy, you could send one for save. For my country, it is required to send hard copy even after send the email template. I hope this time i make you clear.

It is not RFE. Actually its a good news for you that NVC enter your AOS in the system, Did you send DS-230? They may be waiting for your sending DS-230.

You only need to send a hard copy if you are at nvc and using snail mail. The consulate has nothing to do with your agent of choice. Its for thw nvc so they know who to send the invoices to.

I never received an email regarding DS-3032 acceptance, only that they received it. I concluded they accepted it because I received multiple emails (case number, IIN, AOS and IV invoices).

I'm still wondering if I should mail the barcoded COA form they emailed me. Seems to be overkill.

So I would say that if you were able to pay both AOS and IV bills, emailing the DS-3032 using the template was sufficient.

The below is the email I received from NVC. The other emails I received have never stated before what I bolded. So this is what lead me to believe they have accepted the email, plus I was invoiced the IV Bill. So I think, unless I can find it in writing that I need otherwise, I will go with just the email acceptance and move on. You must now download and complete the appropriate Affidavit of Support form and submit it to the NVC in order to complete your immigrant visa processing.
