I paid the AOS bill November 3 (showed up as PAID November 5) and still haven't received the AOS package. Is this normal? In my case it's kind of okay, as I'm still waiting on documents from our joint sponsor, but it makes me uncomfortable nonetheless.

Also, my husband emailed his DS-3032 around the same time but he hasn't received a response and our IV bill still hasn't been generated. He FINALLY received the hard copy in the mail yesterday and I think he sent it off today (we filled it out together last night), but is it normal for them to just ignore emailed DS-3032s?

Looks like you didn't give NVC your email addy and that's why you are getting snail mail from them. Until NVC receives your DS3032 your IV bill will not be invoiced. As for your AOS you can print out the coverpage while waiting on joint sponsor doc.

No worries. You need to print barcoded receipts AND send in your forms, supplemental documents, etc.

When NVC generated IV invoiced, it means they have accepted your DS-3032. Did you pay AOS FEE BILL?

Did you send hard copy of DS-3032 to the NVC? I know some countries are required to do so. Even after email sent approved! I would call NVC to find out if my country is eligible for email verson acceptance.

ohh i did not know that and i did not send the hard copy of ds 3032 to the NVC.. u mean to fill up the barcoded hard copy of ds 3032 and email to the NVC? or just email it to the NVC ?

my wife is my agent and she got hard copy of ds 3032 from the nvc by email but it was not pdf so she just email it to me and i need to print it and fill it up then email back to the NVC ?

dang ds 3032 made me so confuse..
