NVC Filers - For NOVEMBER

Can I use any email for the NVC stuff....or he one I used for when I signed up for status updates on the USCIS website. Its filled with alot of spam and I want to create a new one. What do you guys think ?

You could give them any email address of yours, alternate you have to give them your hubby's email adress too, but make sure you spell it right. otherwise it will go another person's inbox.

haha yeah thats why I'm thinking about creating a new simple name I don't want my current one to get mispelled, Thanks!

Create a simple first name.last name @ gmail.com email address. For Bob Jones, the email should be bob.jones@gmail.com. You can also do bjones@gmail.com. You shouldn't give them your Facebook linked email because it's not a good idea. Create a simple and clean email. Try not to have special chracter like ~ or number in your email address.

You can always use the NATO phonetic alphabet when giving email addresses to NVC operators.

is it okay to make it at yahoo . com? or is gmail safer ? my hubbys is clean and simple just has one number it at the end....mine is another story...I've had it since high school lol

i got the DS3032 email this morning. I emailed them both the template and the barcoded one but havent received any kind of reply back from them. How long does it usually take and do they email you when its accepted. Or do they just invoice the IV bill?

When NVC generated IV invoiced, it means they have accepted your DS-3032. Did you pay AOS FEE BILL?

Yeah i payed it two nights ago and its still in process but it did show up in my online banking account

No worries. You need to print barcoded receipts AND send in your forms, supplemental documents, etc.

Once it shows PAID on NVC payment portal, You could able to print COVER SHEET. Print it out & send it to NVC along with I-864 form, supporting Documents etc...
