Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions before the instruction packet will be sent.

According to our records, your Affidavit of Support Processing Fee payment was made on-line through the Department of State's website: www.ImmigrantVisas.State.Gov, Fee Collection. You must now download and complete the appropriate Affidavit of Support form and submit it to the NVC in order to complete your immigrant visa processing.

Please visit the Department of State's website above to download a copy of the I-864, I-864EZ, I-864A, or I-864W and/or the instructions.

If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the NVC (by email, telephone or mail), all submitted fees and documents will expire. In that case, your fees will need to be repaid and documents will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

on the ds230....line 14....name of spouse (maiden or family name)....this is a stupid question....but i just wrote the name i have now....but it wants my maiden name....so want to make sure that is what I should put :bonk:

How long does it usually take for them to pull the payment from your account. Nothing has even showed up on my transactions yet.

12/20/2012: USPS package mailed out

12/26/2012: NOA1

06/14/2013: RFE letter received

06/19/2013: RFE response mailed back out.

06/21/2013. Package Received.

Waiting once again.... What happens next?.?.?.?.?.?

Can I send in the generic DS230 form thats downloaded from the website or do I need to wait for them to send me an individualized form? All my fees are posted paid as of today.

Do not wait for them to send you anything; go ahead and download the most recent version.

We had our case completed and our interview scheduled before we even received snail mail from NVC last year. :lol:

For the the AOS was next day, the IV was the next day, but it didnt get a Paid till the 2nd day.

10/26/10: NVC Case# received by calling AVR.

10/27/10: DS-3032 Emailed, no response.

10/28/10: Called NVC gave both Petitioners & Beneficiaries email and contact info

10/28/10: IIN Received, emailed DS-3032 using supervisor Sue, received response that agent can not be added at this time.

11/01/10: Emailed DS-3032 and have no response so far.

11/04/10: AOS Fee Invoiced and Paid. IV Fee Not Invoiced yet.

11/04/10: Re-emailed DS-3032.

11/04/10: Medical test given, if any issues will hear back or if its all good will be turned over to Emabassy.

11/05/10: Recieved AOS fee Paid confirmation and barode sheet.

11/06/10: AOS mailed USPS Express.

11/08/10: AOS package received by NVC; Signed by :N Visa Center,Received email that DS-3032 has been received and accepted & IV Fee Invoiced & Paid. Waiting for processing.

11/12/10: IV package mailed USPS express.

11/15/2010: IV package recieved by NVC.

Hi fellow VJ member! I am glad that I finally can join this thread.

My husband as a petitioner got two emails from NVC on November 22nd. Our NVC case number and Invoice ID number were assigned, DS-3032 with the barcode and AOS fee were generated. Both email have PDF attachment, copy of DS-3032 and AOS Fee Bill.

I send an Email to NVC using template of DS-3032 (thanks to VJ info and all you kindly helped!) from my gmail account. Though I have NOT received auto-response... I will snail mail DS-3032 tomorrow just in case anyways but should I email again with signed and scanned DS-3032? Or should I give them my email address first?

Any suggestion expert brother and sisters?!

My timeline:

06/07/2010　Sent I-130 paper work

06/11/2010　Arrived at USCIS

06/16/2010　NOA1 （got email and text message)

06/17/2010　Touched

11/10/2010　Touched

11/17/2010　NOA2 (155 days after NOA1)

Just checked DHL tracking, Packaged has been delivered to NVC which signed for by J. DESMOND at 11:50 AM. I am hoping these photograph will add to my IV package checklist with NO RFE.

Can I use any email for the NVC stuff....or he one I used for when I signed up for status updates on the USCIS website. Its filled with alot of spam and I want to create a new one. What do you guys think ? :star:
