Hi everyone,

I have a quick question regarding the DS 3032. I filled out the I 130 and I am trying to get my husband to come to the US. If that is case, on DS 3032 form, would my husband be the petitioner and I will be the beneficiary now or will it be the reverse?

Nov 17, 10 - Called NVC gave them my email and my wife email

Nov 17, 10 - Call NVC talked to person and got IIN.

Nov 18, 10 - I-864(AOS)12 fee ($88) Paid Payment IN process.

Nov 18, 10 - DS Forms Emailed Via Email for Electronic Processing recieved mail back did not take it

Nov 22, 10 - DS 3032 emailed got resoponse recieved it

Nov 22, 10 - AOS = sent via priority mail

Nov 22 , 10: IV Bill Invoiced

Nov 22 ,10 - paid IV online

Nov 24, 10 - IV= sent via priority mail

Dec 7, 10 - IV and AOS Recieved via AVR recording.

Dec 16. 10 - filled ds-260 online, as of operator said I needed and send sup doc via email.

??/??/????: Sign in Failed

??/??/????: AOS package review completed

??/??/????: IV package review completed

??/??/????: Case Completed

??/??/????: Consulate Interview Scheduled

hello guys

my wife got those today in the mail ''NVC Affidavit of Support Fee and DS-3032 Form''

she already paid all fees which is 404 and 88 usd

i got a question

I already sent the ds 3032 template form to the NVC after i got my case and provide our emails then they emailed me back this :

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions before the instruction packet will be sent.

A packet containing the Affidavit of Support (I-864) Processing Fee Invoice has been sent to the petitioner or attorney of record. The payment due amount listed on the invoice must be paid according to the instructions.....etc

Now we paid the fees..whats the next after that

so i still need to fill up the ds 3032 hard copy that NVC sent to my wife and sent it back to the NVC ?

i m confused now....

Just tried resending our DS-3032 with the headline Attn: Supervisor Sue. Our safest bet, I'm guessing.

I really want that acceptance email already... :angry:

You don't need to fill out ds3032 hard copy as NVC has already accepted your COA. Whats next is to send your AOS/IV package to NVC.

My AVRS has changed to again Document Missing & issued a letter, but date said Nove 22nd, 2010, So I am assuming that They are extra caring my case at this time because of their internal error between USCIS & NVC for delaying my case. Should i call NVC to Expedite my process since I have solid reason to fight. Or If i do, what would be the expedite letter look like? Your concern would be highly appreciated.

Don't worry about the NVC AVRS. You'll be ahead and NVC will be behind catching your docs.

If you have any valid expedite reason, you can call NVC and email or fax the expedite request.

You can send your IV package to your wife if you have selected her as the COA on your behalf.

We have to send AOS package first before send IV package rite?

Most people send in AOS package cos that's the first bill that is paid but you can also send in both AOS and IV package at the same time.

For simple and straight forward cases, why do we spend $2K to $5K? That can be used for a wonderful vacation with the spouse :star:

No offense to the people who have already an attorney. That was just my opinion.

No. You can send them in any order you want. The only requisite is that you have paid the fee and have the bar-coded cover-sheet.
