You would think that is the case BUT, they are not familier with the electronic processing AND they want to wait wait and wait. I would like to be more proactive so that I can PUSH the process through

Electronic processing at NVC is relatively new and most attorneys are not aware of it.

Since I am not qualified for NVC EP, I haven't even digged much of it.

Yes, I did hope to get through the NVC process w/in a month but now it looks like I may have sent my goals too high. I suppose I'll get through it in 2 month. hopefully....

NVC is clogged bit now-a-days and take an average 1.5 months time to complete from the start to end.

Back in 2008, we used to complete under a month and some people have done it in 2 to 3 weeks time as well.

Superstars it's already almost a month since your noa2,,,,,you should just run down to the copy machine today make a copy of your last tax return just the way the Irs recieved it when you mailed them and be done with it...so you may move on with the NVC process...

Hi there, I decided to walk into the local I.R.S. office today and just simply told them that I needed copies of my tax transcripts for the past three years. They said YES WE CAN! After 15 minutes of waiting, the nice lady printed it out for me. So much easier then the DMV.

On a side note. Over 300 people were trampled to death and more injured during a stampede on the last day of our annual boat festival in Cambodia's capital, Phnom Penh. I spent hours and hours calling my wife. She's ok. She left that area an hour before it happened. I was going crazy while working today. I was thinking if she don't answer, I'm on the next flight out tonight.

Loto,

My AVRS has changed to again Document Missing & issued a letter, but date said Nove 22nd, 2010, So I am assuming that They are extra caring my case at this time because of their internal error between USCIS & NVC for delaying my case. Should i call NVC to Expedite my process since I have solid reason to fight. Or If i do, what would be the expedite letter look like? Your concern would be highly appreciated.

Thanks

B.B.
