Okay, just to clarify again. I am the US citizen and I filled the I130 and it was approved. I am now moving onto the NVC part. So in this step, I will be still be the petitioner?

Soo I'm looking at the NVC shortcut, and it says "Try to have all documents below in the hands of the Petitioner, before the NVC process begins. This should be done BEFORE your I-130 petition is approved" does it mean have the benf. components IV stuff in my hand? We have almost everything just wainting on a court record, and fingerprint version of the police check. The rcmp is backed up! We have the police clearence and it came back clean but with his court stuff we just wanted to make sure we have the other one too.

02/01/11: checklist from NVC hubby has to fill out EP for montreal!

I got tax transcript from Local IRS. 1040ez and w2 where do I get that. I also call to get transcript 2 week ago. Im confused I thought we only send transcript for tax return.

You don't need transcripts if you have a copy of your tax return,,,,,just copy it with all your w-2s and anything else and send it,,,(for year 2009),,,but superstars if you did not file in 2008 and 2007 you may need a co- sponsor,,,I'm not sure about that cause maybe they (aos) is only concerned about how much you make now and one year before,,,I don't know about that...Good luck,,,hope you can stay on the same boat on this journey....remember Uscis!!

It doesn't need to be notarized. But, preferably, be on company letterhead. :unsure:

If you have a lawyer you shouldn't be concerned with sending anything in...isn't that their job to get what needs to be submitted from you?

You would think that is the case BUT, they are not familier with the electronic processing AND they want to wait wait and wait. I would like to be more proactive so that I can PUSH the process through
