Well, I thought my DS-3032 was accepted since I got this in reply to emailed DS-3032:

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

Any documents received at the National Visa Center that have not been requested will not be reviewed and may be returned to you. Please do not send any documents until they are requested.

This petition is now eligible for further processing. The petitioner, beneficiary, and/or attorney of record will receive further instructions regarding the processing of this petition.

But our DS-230 has not been invoiced.

In my case I e-mailed my DS-3032 form info on 22 of Oct and they accepted it on 4 of Nov. The NVC sent me an e-mail saying that my IV fee bill has been generated.

I was in school at that time. I just started working on 2009. I only write a letter included my school info for tbe reason I dont file tax 2007 and 2008. Do they require 3 year.

NVC is nott require for your three years Tax transcript except most recent year (2009). You have to submit your W2 and 1040 ez with Original Tax transcript( u can get one from IRS by callin 1-800-829-1040) for the year of 2009. You may wait for another six month to file for the 2010 tax return as you have 1 year to submit all your documents to NVC if you dont find your co-sponsor.

another choice:

*Find Co-sponsor and submit your last six month Pay stubs and a Letter from Employer with fully describe your job status.

*Savings and Checking accounts money(I showed over 10k in my savings).

* If you have house, you may get appraisal the value of your house.

I believe this will help you to get the DOOR.

B.B.

You get a copy of your 1040ez when you file your taxes and W2 from your employer at the end of the year. You have a choice in sending NVC either your tax transcript or your copy of 1040ez plus all W2.

Thanks for asking LadyDare,

Not yet, but it was only Friday (11/19) that I sent the email in...seriously considering doing again, but that would be like my 5th try (and I don't want to irritate them)...so I'm trying to be patient.

Another thing I considered was just snail mailing it in...but was not sure how to get the barcoding on the part that says, "Place Case Barcode Strip here before mailing to the National Visa Center". The form I have my husband downloaded and signed ages ago. Should I literally cut it from the one they emailed me and paste it onto the form??

I'm probably making this harder than it should be, just so afraid of making an error (too hard to correct).... :(

Hi everyone,

I have a quick question regarding the DS 3032. I filled out the I 130 and I am trying to get my husband to come to the US. If that is case, on DS 3032 form, would my husband be the petitioner and I will be the beneficiary now or will it be the reverse?

Thanks!

If you are filing for your husband then You will be the Petitioner & your husband will be Beneficiary. If your husband filing for you then Your husband will be Petitioner & you will be Beneficiary. In I-130 stage you DO NOT NEED to file DS-3032. You will file DS-3032 after your I-130 get approved.

Thanks

Okay, just to clarify again. I am the US citizen and I filled the I130 and it was approved. I am now moving onto the NVC part. So in this step, I will be still be the petitioner?

Thanks!
