Is NVC closed on Thanksgiving Day? My wife sent out phiotograph via DHL which will delivery by wednesday to NVC. I am hoping NVC will update something on my case by friday.

Is NVC closed on Thanksgiving Day? My wife sent out phiotograph via DHL which will delivery by wednesday to NVC. I am hoping NVC will update something on my case by friday.

Probably closed Thursday and Friday. What government office stays open on a holiday besides law enforcement?

Thanks for that info. I'm gonna just send them copies of everything. Copies of 1040's, w-2's and transcripts when I get them and a boatload of check stubs all highlighted.

Superstars it's already almost a month since your noa2,,,,,you should just run down to the copy machine today make a copy of your last tax return just the way the Irs recieved it when you mailed them and be done with it...so you may move on with the NVC process...

Visa recieved Feb 10th

Landed on American soil Feb 12th

We only send transcript instead tax return with I864 right? I only transcript and nothing else.

How long does it usually take after DS-3032 is acknowledged before DS-230 is invoiced?

once DS3032 is accepted by NVC, IV is invoiced immediately.

Well, I thought my DS-3032 was accepted since I got this in reply to emailed DS-3032:

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

Any documents received at the National Visa Center that have not been requested will not be reviewed and may be returned to you. Please do not send any documents until they are requested.

This petition is now eligible for further processing. The petitioner, beneficiary, and/or attorney of record will receive further instructions regarding the processing of this petition.

But our DS-230 has not been invoiced.

I send 3 years of transcripts.

I was in school at that time. I just started working on 2009. I only write a letter included my school info for tbe reason I dont file tax 2007 and 2008. Do they require 3 year.

It looks like they have not accepted your COA. If it has been accepted your email should start with this

Dear Sir/Madam:

The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection.
