Markieboy...I think I running low on patience.

Since I paid the AOS and it is marked PAID, should I try sending another email again (maybe the 4th time is the charm)?? :wacko:

Maybe. You never know. :unsure: Hang in there, the hard part (USCIS) is over.

You will by the weekend hang in there and that's why they have not accepted your COA. As soon as you receive the email send another ds3032 kit with attention sue and it will be accepted. You are already ahead by paying the bill.

If they accepted our COA by the weekend...that would be great! :thumbs:

Remember:

1. The email for the DS-3032 MUST be sent via the Beneficiary's email account. Check

2. The AOS fee will be generated first (before the DS-3032 is accepted) - You can go ahead & pay it now or wait - your choice. Check

3. Currently, it takes time for the IV fee to be generated - NVC emails are a little clogged. Check

4. Once the IV fee is generated - that means that the DS-3032 have been accepted. Check

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions before the instruction packet will be sent.

A packet containing the Affidavit of Support (I-864) Processing Fee Invoice has been sent to the petitioner or attorney of record. The payment due amount listed on the invoice must be paid according to the instructions.

You must visit the Department of State's website: www.ImmigrantVisas.State.Gov, Fee Collection, to pay the required processing fees on-line. You will need your case number and invoice ID number to properly pay your fee.

Payers who are unable to pay online must follow the alternate payment instructions. Go to the above website and click the "Fee Collection" link, then the "Alternative Payment Method" link, and follow the directions displayed.

Once the payment is received and processed, you will be given instructions on how to download the instruction packets and the appropriate forms on-line. The instruction packets and forms will not be sent to you by the NVC if your payment is made on-line. You will need to mail the appropriate forms to the NVC in order to complete your immigrant visa processing. Please follow the instructions provided to you by the website.

Please allow at least 10-15 business days for the packet to arrive.

If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the NVC (by email, telephone or mail), all submitted fees and documents will expire. In that case, your fees will need to be repaid and documents will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

after i sent the ds 3032 template i got this email from the NVC in few hours what does it means ? and also there is a Priority Date what does it means ?

Yay K! The next step is wait for the AOS/I-864 e-mail which should come in e-mail in a few days. That will give you the IIN number. If you can, try calling the NVC to get the IIN number and then you can use that to log-in online to their payment portal and pay the 2 bills. :thumbs:

Question:

Ive read somewhere that every package sent we need to submit 1 set of copies?

is it only for AOS package or also IV package.

I understand if I (beneficiary) keeps 1 copy and my wife(petitioner) keeps 1 other copy.

but does NVC needs a copy other than the original form? so we are sending them 2 copies?

hello

I heard something that we cant use the stapler to put the papers together while preparing the papers to send to the NVC like PCC,marriage certificate and birth cert.

is that true ? bec i already translated our marriage certificate and it has the stapler

sorry it seems a silly question but i just worried of it..

NVC accepted our AOC but we dont have the invoice number yet how long it takes the NVC to send the email or mail to us ?
