So, the AOS fee has to be paid and processed before any of this can happen.

They don't neccessarily have to be paid. You can delay it if you want. NVC will not accept any email for for COA until they are ready..ready in this case is when they have prepared/generated and sent you the AOS/DS3032 package.

Your IV fee bill has not being invoiced and it won't be until they accept your COA. Hence my previous post. As you have already emailed NVC your DS3032 they won't be able to process it until they have physically sent you the kit via email or snail mail. The payment portal is just the first indication.

Have you received the AOS/DS3032 email or snail mail from NVC?

No, but I just paid the AOS fee. I assume they have generated the AOS package since I can paid the fee.

If you can get the IIN number from NVC, you will be able to log in to the payment portal. And if AOS fee is invoiced in the portal, you can pay the fee. Regardless of getting the AOS package instruction or not. If you wait for the package, it will take few weeks longer. With NVC, if you follow the VJ guides, you can do alot of things proactively. This saves of weeks and weeks and even months from your NVC processing time.

N400 CITIZENSHIP STAGE

23-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox (USPS EXPRESS)

27-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form delivered/picked up by USCIS

01-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form fee check cashed by USCIS

04-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form received per NOA1

09-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 notice date

14-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 on hand through USPS

30-JAN-2017 -:- N400 fingerprint taken

01-FEB-2017 -:- N400 interview schedule process started

26-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview date set (01SEP2017)

29-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview letter on hand

01-SEP-2017 -:- N400 interview date - Interview passed

10-OCT-2017-:- N400 oath ceremony letter on hand (oath on 26OCT2017)

Yes they have and you will get it probably on saturday as they do batch emails.

My AOS/DS3032 kit was generated on the 4th but i didn't get the email until the 6th and i was able to pay the bill online on the 3rd. Hope it's clear now.

I have sent the email for the DS3032, the first time the same day (11/10) I gave our email addys, but I got a strange email back saying something about not accepting from third parties. So far I have re-submitted COA email twice (11/12 most recent), and still have not received a response from them accepting the DS3032 or for the DS-230 package.

So at this point, I am trying to be patient and wait for their DS-3032 email, because even sending to "Supervisor Sue" has not produced an acceptance for me. :angry:

Since I paid the AOS and it is marked PAID, should I try sending another email again (maybe the 4th time is the charm)?? :wacko:

You will by the weekend hang in there and that's why they have not accepted your COA. As soon as you receive the email send another ds3032 kit with attention sue and it will be accepted. You are already ahead by paying the bill.

Remember:

1. The email for the DS-3032 MUST be sent via the Beneficiary's email account.

2. The AOS fee will be generated first (before the DS-3032 is accepted) - You can go ahead & pay it now or wait - your choice.

3. Currently, it takes time for the IV fee to be generated - NVC emails are a little clogged.

4. Once the IV fee is generated - that means that the DS-3032 have been accepted.

07-29-2010: Received text & email from USCIS - Notice Date.

07-30-2010: Check Cashed by USCIS.
