NVC Filers - For NOVEMBER

Guys,

i think im missing something here, over and over I read the NVC guide/shortcut, I cannot find one that says you can send an email RIGHT AWAY,

or the next day after you hear your NVC Case number has been generated. Am I wrong? Because it says, and I quote from LinChe's guide:

"Even though you have an NVC number, your case information still needs to be manually input before anything else can happen.

Until such time that documents are fully loaded in, NVC will not generate or accept DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) via email or US Postal Mail."

So my question is, is the guide still valid?

and also, if the guide/shortcut still valid, can I still create my own barcode?

if the link to the barcode generator still valid, it will show a text under the barcode but they are small (barcode as well 0.05 x 0.5),

can I paste it DS-3032 form that I dl-ed from the website and send it?

Also,can I scan the form and E-mail it?

TIA, I have seen that some people have still had luck doing DS-3032 right away using steps described in the shortcuts. I did all the shortcut tricks but never got my DS-3032 approved until NVC emailed the letter saying I could submit it. Once NVC sent me the email I just emailed back the do it yourself email and it was approved.

Hi. We have been sending in the choice of agent thru email since we got the case # assigned. Its been over a week, and no automated response nor has it been accepted. I am sending from a gmail account, u think its being filtered as spam. I did express mail copy last week too.

I didn't get a auto response either. And I got a respond in like 3 weeks. What you need to do is send the email with this in the subject line: Attn: Supervisor Sue. You'll get a response in about a day or so. I say give this method a try. Just once however. After that don't resend the email again.

I don't think your mail is being filter as spam unless youremail adress is flirty.sxygur17@gmail.com .

The guides are valid but they were written many months ago. Sometimes even years ago. Since then we have discovered new short-cuts, tips, tricks, and spells. One of the short-cut is sending the DS3032 email as soon as you have your NVC case number. I did. As did many other people. And that shaved off weeks from the processing time. The thing with VISAJOURNEY is that you cannot or shouldn't rely on one guide or one user for all of your information. You got to gather all the info from everyone and every guide and make your educated decisions on that. It's goes along the age-old saying of don't put all of your eggs in one basket. In this case, don't take all of your eggs from one basket. Good luck.

I'm resisting my utter urge to call NVC. I calle them Saturday and the AVRS said they haven't inserted the IV into my immigration vein yet. So no point in calling them now. Nothing has changed today. If anything at all, it will change tomorrow. I'm hoping for a CC by next week. Oh God! Please.

We opted in to electronic processing and sent our signed DS 3032 at the same time. I'm guessing emailing supervisor sue wouldn't help us?

BTW, I called earlier, got through and pressed 5 to wait for an operator. It put me on hold for 10 minutes and then somehow pushed me back into the main menu. Is that normal?

aos was paid last thursday....but still says "in process".. on a lighter note, iv bill is ready to be paid!!! too bad I don't have the money until friday!! LOL

Last Thursday was a holiday so nothing was done. It takes about 2 business days for it to turn to PAID. You should see PAID before end of day today.

so I was going to mail out my aos package tomorrow....pay my iv bill on friday, and mail out iv package next tuesday....would it make a difference if I just send both packages out together next tuesday?? or should I send out aos this week, iv next week...I don't want to do anything that may slow us down....but I don't think it will...thank you for your opinions!

I say if you have your AOS packet ready to go, then fire at will! Since they are "independent" of each other, it might or might not make a difference. So if it's ready, send it off. That way it should get processed sooner and once you are ready to send off the IV packet, it's one less thing to worry about.

made payment on 11th for both aos and iv, still showing in process, checked bank online show that money has been deducted on 15th although say pending next to both bank deductions, should i be worried? j_h
