Thank you ya guys. But I still have sponsor file and collect his stuff. Im ready for I864, but still wait for transcript.

You don't need to wait. Assuming you live in New Orleans, LA, you need to high-tail it to 1555 Poydras Street, New Orleans, LA 70112. That's where your local IRS office is located. Take your driver's license with you. Ask them to give you your transcripts. They'll print it out on the spot for you. You don't need to wait, champ.

What got paid? I'm assuming AOS fee. If so, you need to figure out which form you need to file. I864, I864EZ, or I864A. Fill the form out and gather all the supporting documents you need. Then ship the package out with the bar-coded coversheet. You want to at-least include the following:

  • Bar-coded cover sheet
  • Cover letter.
  • Completed and signed form I-864EZ (if EZ form applies to you)
  • IRS tax account/return transcripts for the years 2009, 2008 and 2007 of the petitioner
  • Employment Letter of the petitioner
  • Copy of Pay stubs for the entire year 2010 of the petitioner or just most recent six months
  • Copy of the U.S Passport of the petitioner (optional)

Do you earn more than enough as par the poverty guidelines. If so, you can just use your earning as support. Else you'll need co-sponsors or assets.

Do any one knows NVC's automated recorded message system (603-334-0700) is working? Everytime I called I only get busy singal. Even thought I tried in 3am in the morning. I think, I should get at least some automatic answer; it is automated recorded message system.

It was working about 30 minutes ago, and I spoke with a live person. Until 30 minutes ago it was busy every time I called.

I would think they would put you at the front of the line considering they messed it all up. I am surprised they don't have a date for you already.

Thanks Kim11, Oh I plan on having a great time alright. My friends are recovering from a Head- On Collision. The other driver ran away and the police still have not found him. Both of my friends are alright but still recovering. The wife will be going back to work in about a week but the Husband will be out 2 more months as he is still in a restrictive neck brace. He has been bugging me to come visit so I will give them some company for a while and some kidding... of course...

GO MANNY PACQUIOA !!!!!!   or should I say Congressman. I wounder if that's ever happened before.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend. That's terrible! I've had some patients in the ER that were in a MVA, but just a few of them since I live in a small county. Hope they recover soon and for the police to catch whoever is responsible.

You mean celebrities/athletes working as a government official? A bunch of them in the Philippines, I think. And yeah, i don't get it. I like Pacquiao, don't get me wrong, but not so sure if he's the right person to do the job. I guess, nobody is really. :bonk::lol:

Thanks. I will keep trying.

Sometimes it takes about 100x redial before my call gets through. And I'm not exaggerating. And then a good 45mins on hold, waiting to speak to an operator. Although sometimes it's not that bad..

Pay them as soon as they become available. There's really no reason to wait. If you're using a lawyer, they generate AOS and IV Bills at same time. Pay stubs you can get regardless if you have filed for tax return or not. Ask your HR or if you have copies of your pay check, you can use those. Good luck!

Oh I see. Then you'll still have to wait for IV Bill to be generated. In my case, since I was using a lawyer at that time, I paid both of them at the same time.

Actually, the only required documents to send with I-864EZ are tax returns and supporting forms or transcripts of the previous year. All the other things you list are optional.

"You may include evidence supporting your claim about your expected income for the current year if you believe that submitting this evidence will help you establish ability to maintain sufficient income. You are not required to submit this evidence, however, unless specifically instructed to do so by a Government official. For example, you may include a recent letter from your employer, showing your employer's address and telephone number, and indicating your annual salary. You may also provide pay stub(s) showing your income for the previous six months. If your claimed income includes alimony, child support, dividend or interest income, or income from any other source, you may also include evidence of that income."

Hi everyone,

This evening I sent my DS-3032 via email template to "Supervisor Sue", and got this response:

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC is unable to add third party contact information to the case record at this time. Please continue to notify the NVC if your address changes.

Any documents received at the National Visa Center that have not been requested will not be reviewed and may be returned to you. Please do not send any documents until they are requested.

This petition is now eligible for further processing. The petitioner, beneficiary, and/or attorney of record will receive further instructions regarding the processing of this petition.

Sincerely,

Lowell

What does the bolded mean? Is the DS-3032 accepted or not? By the way, it took about 1 hour to receive this response back.

Thanks in advance.

Toni
