Having your AOS bill invoiced means that NVC accepted your payment as well as the DS-3032, IIRC. The petitioner would then need to send NVC the AOS package.

I had all ready paid my AOS bill before I received the DS-3032 kit. The DS-3032 is supposed to come before the IV (DS-230)

Last year on 2009 is only 6000 because I worked only for part-time.

Now is I work full-time will be 19200 If I work on Jan-Dec.

And I paid the AOS on Nov.8 by my banking account with routing number. Why it is not showing up in my statement yet?

I checked by online, but it did not show up that it is pending or some...

Love- You can send the two together or separate. If you send them at different times, one will be entered before the other but it doesn't make a whole lot of difference.

Mary- It usually takes a few days to a week after they have received your case. You can always call the USE to see if they have received your file and have assigned a date. :) Good luck!

Aileen- You can always call NVC and see if they have received the e-mail with the address correction. The online payment method is the easiest but as long as you have the IIN number (which you can get from the operator sometimes), you can pay the bills. If you go to their payment website, they have directions of how to pay offline. Hopefully the e-mail you sent will be reviewed this week and the bills will be ready to be be paid by next week!

Hi Teya thanks for anwering, the USEM received the case yesterday but I havent been contacted, I am again waiting, but this time for an interview, let's see what happens, hopefully it wont take them a long time to contact me. :) how is been your case? I am sorry for the RFE, but it is better now and not in the interview,(which I am scared) it will delay the process even more. Good luck !!

jessica, I know it is hard to get through NVC, but try late at night if you need just the AVR, but if you need an operator try earlier, that worked for me, and I called longg distance :), just keep trying, sometimes you get through the first time, I was so surprised :), but once I lasted dialing and diling (redial) like 45 minutes until I got through, Good luck!!!!

I don't think I have ever waited for a bill or wanted to pay so badly. I check the NVC online payment site twice a day to see if the AOS and IV bill has been invoiced. I don't remember lots of important things in life but you can ask me my USCIS case # or the NVC case number and IIN number middle of the night and I will be able to spit it out.

I want to soo get over this so I can get my life back. I have literally done nothing the entire last 9 months but to visit VJ, I hope this journey ends for all of us successfully very very soon ! Amen !!!!

My sentiments EXACTLY!!!!
