My spouse is trying to get the Police Certificate in advance. She went to the local Police Station and they are asking for some sort of a letter from local consulate or immigration asking for the letter. Any ideas what I can show to show that we need a Police Certificate. We are not that far in the NVC stage yet but want to get it in advance for a speedy process.

I do not know about your wife's country but can she show a copy of the NOA1 letter?

K- You have 1 year in NVC. So no need to worry yet. I agree with Atencio, call the NVC and give them your e-mail addresses. That way you can e-mail off your DS3032 and try to get the ball rolling. Regarding the DS230- You put married and in that blank you write 1 (for your current marriage). :thumbs:

Hi everyone I have a question on yahoo chat logs. Whats the best way about using chat logs. My wife and I have chat logs from the moment we meet and to now. We have chatted every single day ever since 2/26/2009. Do I need to print off all the chat logs (almost estimated over 300+ pages) or just certain ones?

Second... My wife emailed the DS-2032. How long does it take before the NVC generates and AOS invoice bill?

Teya- So if i finally understood is the first step to call to the NVC and provide emails of us (me and my wife)

then second step is to send the ds-3032 form to the NVC ?

i hope i understood it this time :))

Waiting on my police certificate and our NVC case number. Then I can start sending everything in. Also, a bit nervous about electronic processing. Wow, it feels so strange to finally (sort of) have some power over this whole process...

You do not have to print out every page - just a selected few. Also do a printout(s) of your main chat records showing all the dates that the 2 of you chatted (not the actual chats - but the main history page showing the dates).

Did you call NVC and give the operator the email addresses of the petitioner and beneficiary? If so, you can go ahead and email the DS-3032. You do not have to wait until the AOS bill is paid to email the DS-3032.
