I just checked the USCIS website and I should receive my employment authorization card within 30 days :D

Me and the wife are so happy that things are moving along with my application, things have been hard because shes in school still and shes been having to work aswell. So finally I can get my butt moving and get a job !!

I only had my biometrics on monday too... If anyone is going for theirs in the Philadelphia Support Centre, its a pain to get to but we got there a half hour early and i was in there for maybe 10 minutes? It was so quick I was impressed. Since my wife had taken off work for the day... we decided to take a little visit to South Street (People who have been know what im taking about!) I had my first cheesesteak from Jim's... AND IT WAS AWESOME !!! haha

So anyone with RFE or worried about their application don't be it will all work out in the end :)

(Someone tell me this when the interview date comes along for my GC and im like AHHHHHHHHH !!)

When I check on the USCIS website about my AOS application it basically says something like "We are checking over the RFE evidence you sent back to us" So i suppose things could still be wrong with it but Ive got my EAD so that's a step in the right direction  !!
