my fiance was in the US coastguard n he filed a petition for k-1 visa. we received no1 on september 7th but my fiance passed away 2 weeks ago. my question is is there any steps I should take to cancel the petition?

We are so sorry. Is not fair what happen to you, but you must be very strong.My condolences to you and both of your families.
