yeah i am in mla., i don't think i have missing docs coz i made sure all docs were there, maybe it is still on review that's why it isn't updated yet? coz the aos, tax docs of my husband are there and all the listed civil documents are completed. btw, do you have any idea abt the w2's what should it be i mean the previous 3 yrs?... coz he lost his 2 w2's but his tax docs are complete, you think it would matter? thanks.

I was able to call NVC, and they told me I will wait for 2-4 weeks til I get an email notice if it's complete or there are any missing documents. And that our visa is already available since our priority date is apr2008. I hope and pray everything will run smoothly. we've been waiting for this for a long time now. thanks ms happy heart.

Hey Crissele,

Maybe they will send you an email with an RFE , maybe something is missing on you ds230 package. try to speak with live operator what exactly they need so you can mailed to them, Hope the procedure will be faster. Thanks, god luck and update then :)

Hi miss nela! my case status is complete already last Nov. 08, 2010! Thank you Lord, we are just waiting for the interview schedule, you have any idea how many weeks more? I am just happy atleast it's moving!

Pay I-864 Bill 2010-10-01

Receive IV Bill : 2010-10-20

Pay IV Bill : 2010-10-15

Case Completed at NVC :2010-12-9

Failed to sign at NVC web :2010-12-21

Interview 08/02/2012

RFE DNA/ did the DNA test req 8/2/2012

8/3/12 Collection kit was mailed in Tirana embassy (for my brother)

8/13/12 my brother was called at the embbasy. and the kit was mailed out to DNA center in California.

9/7/12 The results mailed out to Tirana Embassy

9/14/12 embassy called my brother to mail his passport to get his visa.

DNA journey lasted 6 weeks

Thanks ms nela. Good luck to us and May the good Lord continue to bless us. I thought it would be soon but i guess i have to wait longer now, i got sad... it's just so hard to be away from my husband, it's been more than 5yrs that we are apart... but im keeping the faith.
