we are double checking our i 130 before sending please feel free to tell us if we are missing anything prior to sending next week.

We have the following in a folder with a clasp at the top: from the beginning....

[*]Cover letter telling what we have included in our packet and signed

[*]check for US department of homeland security for $355

[*]E notification form

[*]i 130 filled out and signed with attached info on separate paper due to not enough space

[*]divorce document

[*]nikah nama in urdu (marriage certificate)

[*]nikah nama english translated certified paper (marriage certificate)

[*]G325a for Ameena with birth certificate,passport size photo in plastic labeled bag and NC drivers license copy

[*]G 325a for Adil with birth certificate, passport copy, NIC card with english translation also with passport size photo in plastic labed bag

[*]copies of checking and savings which we both are listed as on the accounts

[*]5 affadavits of bona fide marriage...3 from family , 1 from nikah witnesses and 1 from friend

please look at this and let us know if we are missing anything ...we will send overnight asap...

we appreciate everyone's help as we are all in the same place and all we all want is to be united with our spouses asap!!!

Important: Do we need to send Chat Logs , Phone bills,Emails,Pictures??? please reply us asap so we sumbit our I-130

Have you checked your list with the list here on the guides?

We sent pictures, especially of our wedding - but no chat logs. We also sent e-mails as well and personal cards. We wanted to make our petition as easy as possible to approve

Send some main wedding picks & honeymoon picks.That will be good for you. You haven't mentioned the petitioner's naturalization certi & photocopies of both passport.So include it also. Good luck to ur process.

do you think dat should we take the pictures to interview or should we send thru i-130 ....we print the picture or how to put in folder please guide me ;(>>> sorry for askin too much :( im confused

Put only some picks like 8-10 picks which shows the main process of marriage.I dont know how to put,but i think u can put in a one plastic bag or envelope.

I sent photos of after our wedding and some from other occasions I did NOT send originals pictures, I sent photocopied/printed pictures as I wanted the originals for the interview.
