I wish to share your experince from the process as to how long did it take you to secure approval of direct consular petition filling= NOA1.

Hi There,

We have just applied for a K-1 visa. It took us 2 weeks and 6 days to get our NOA1, but it all just depends! Some have received theirs a week later, but i have been told it can take up to 60-days to get the NOA1 (how true this is i'm not sure).

Have you already applied for a visa and waiting on the NOA1?

Hi, Thanx for kind response.We wish to submitt 1-130 petition to the US Consular office in Johannseburg anytime soon
