So we just got our NOA2, two days ago. I logged into the automated phone system at the NVC and they said that our number was MTL2010..blah blah.

So, is this what an NVC # would start with?

If it is an NVC case #, can I start the whole process via online processing??

Thanks and I'm soooooo happy to be here now!
